Life Transitions
Connecting with and understanding the people I work with is important to me.
Getting to know the person beyond the struggles that brought them to therapy and understanding what they want to change in their lives is an important part of my work.
I value being alongside clients as they work through challenges and make progress toward the changes they want for themselves. Being part of that process is one of the things I love most about my work.
I take an integrative approach in sessions.
My practice is built to address a wide range of interpersonal and emotional challenges, and I tailor treatment to fit each client's unique needs and goals. I take an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic frameworks depending on what you are presenting with in the moment—there's no one-size-fits-all method.
My goal is to meet you where you are and adapt the work to fit what will genuinely help.

What to Expect in Session
Sessions are collaborative, exploratory, and supportive, with a strong emphasis on making sure you feel truly heard, understood, and validated.
What to Expect in Session
I do an emotional check-in, ask what is on your mind most this week, and ask about last session to see if you have anything to add.
We work on goals and objectives of treatment, which can include processing and psychoeducation. I may give homework to practice new skills.
Depending on what's needed, we might focus on building coping skills, understanding the roots of a pattern, working toward self-acceptance and growth, or tackling a practical problem together.
